How it works: You can pick up your rentals at our designated location using a truck or large SUV. ๐ฆ
Instructions: We provide all the necessary guidance for a safe setup and pack-down.

โ *A clear, unobstructed path is required from the street to the setup area.
*Minimum Clearance: The path and all gates must be at least 3 feet 2 inches (38 inches) wide.
*The path must be clear of all items. The electric dolly must be able to roll past permanent fixtures like window wells and AC units.
*We use an electric dolly and do not move items, lift inflatables, or transport equipment through houses or garages.
*You must disclose any steps, stairways, or steep slopes to the backyard before your delivery date.
-Failure to disclose difficult access may result in extra charges or us being unable to install the equipment.
โ Generally, yes! We can install on a slight incline, but safety is our priority.
The 5-Degree Rule: For stability and safety, the setup area should not have a slope greater than 5 degrees (about 8 inches of drop over a 10-foot span).
Safety First: Excessive slopes can cause the unit to shift or cause participants to bunch up on one side, which can be unsafe.

Pro-Tip: If a ball rolls away very fast on your lawn, it might be too steep. If it moves slowly or stays put, youโre likely ready for fun!
โ Yes, we offer rentals year-round (Saturday and Sunday only), provided the temperature is at least 45ยฐF and the rental end time is no later than 5:00 PM (when it gets dark in Colorado). Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including bad weather; however, your deposit will be valid to book with us within 6 months of the cancellation date.
